At Wonderlit, we believe in freeing up our children’s imaginations and empowering them with the confidence to tell their infinite stories of wonder, building an essential life skill for a successful future. After all, great stories come from great storytellers.
In our Wonderlit Speak programme, we aim to enhance our children’s ability to engage in stimulus-based conversations and present their thoughts authentically and cohesively, captivating audiences with a clear, expressive voice and a strong presence.
Using drama as a tool to enrich our children’s experience, our curriculum focuses on developing their reading, public speaking, and listening, together with creative thinking, critical thinking and collaboration skills. Throughout all levels, our programme incorporates the Trinity Communication Skills framework and the Singapore MOE (Ministry of Education) Oral & Communication syllabus to support our children in hitting these milestones.
Children will work towards a graded Communication Skills examination at the end of the year, held at the Wonderlit studio by Trinity College London. This acknowledges their personal or group achievement in preparation, research, practice and display of proficiency in communication skills.
